Over a lifespan of almost 20 years, the Dodge Caravan has been steadily improving itself and upgrading everything from design to luxury, performance, and safety standards. Available Models
The 2002 line up includes the Caravan SE and the Caravan Sport, both of which are absolutely packed with features and benefits.

Interior Features
The Dodge Caravan is graced with standards such as air conditioning, durable cloth seat trim, grocery bag hooks, "easy out" roller seats, front passenger under seat storage drawer, and AM/FM stereo with cassette player and four speakers for entertainment value. Options and packages available list a rear defroster, speed control, power door locks, sunscreen glass, remote keyless entry system, and power windows.

Caravan Sport comes with dual-zone automatic climate control with air filter and optional three-zone climate control, power windows, power door locks, courtesy lights and vanity mirror lights, speed control, keyless entry, and deluxe cloth upholstery. A CD player, leather trim, and heated front seat are optional.

Exterior Features
The Caravan Sport highlights dual power outside mirrors, plus optional power sliding driver and passenger side doors (SE has one manual sliding door). Front fog lights and all-season touring tires are both available in a package. A roof rack is optional on both the SE and Sport models.

Performance
Under the hood of the Caravan SE is an efficient 2.4-litre, four-cylinder engine with standard three-speed automatic or available four-speed automatic transmission. Brakes are power front and rear drum, and each vehicle is front-wheel drive. Each minivan is equipped with all-season tires.

The Caravan Sport turns up the volume on performance, featuring a 3.3-litre six-cylinder engine with standard four-speed automatic transmission with optional four-speed AutoStick transmission. This model offers all-season touring tires, and seventeen-inch aluminum alloy wheels are available to you as an option.

Safety and Security
Every Dodge Caravan is equipped with safety measures like a driver depowered air bag, passenger depowered air bag, three-point seatbelts with pretensioners up front, rear child seat tethers and anchors, and child safety locks.
