Chrysler was a leader in the minivan business and for twenty
years, has set the standard for interior amenity, cargo
capacity and performance in these family-friendly vehicles.
Last year, the Voyager was phased out and so this year,
the 2005 Chrysler Town and Country is the company's minivan
flag-bearer. The Town and Country Touring and Limited models,
the highest trim levels are the best in the business for
minivan standards and power.
Rear-seat DVD entertainment, six-disc CD/DVD changer, automatic
paired sliding doors and power rear lift-gate, a V8 engine
give the Town and Country the head-turning attractiveness
that make people realize why minivans have had such a commanding
position for so long, and still do, despite incursions from
new classes and styles of vehicle.
Available Models
The 2005 Chrysler Town & Country is offered in four
models: Base, LX, , Touring and Limited. Base and LX models
are covered in a separate review.
Interior Features
This year the Town and Country has stowable 2nd-row bucket
