Golf! This is Volkswagen's spunky hatchback designed for
taking you and whatever you fancy, anywhere you want, and
then some. A direct descendant of the Jetta, the 2003 Volkswagen
Golf can be supercharged in several body/engine variations.
Available Models
Two- or four-door GL, or two-door GLS trims avail with a
range of engines.
Interior Features
Cool standard features of the 2003 Volkswagen Golf include
air conditioning, cruise control, tachometer, mirror control
pad with joystick, handsome chrome ornamentation, eight-speaker
cassette/in-dash CD stereo system, 60/40 split folding rear
seat, and a height-adjustable telescoping steering column.

fuel mileage rings in at an impressive 42/49 (city/hwy)
mpg on the 5-speed manual transmission. Unleaded fuel mileage
registers at 24/31 (city/hwy) mpg on the 5-speed manual.
Transmission choices consist of a 4-speed automatic with
adaptive "fuzzy logic" shift points & shift
lock, or 5-speed manual.

Volkswagen prides itself in incorporating a plethora of
standard safety and security features. For starters, there
is an anti-theft vehicle alarm system for doors, hood, trunk
lid, radio and starter, with warning LED in driver's door
top sill and audible/visual de/activation verification.
Volkswagen's Immobilizer theft deterrent system prevents
the Golf from being started up if an unauthorized key is
used. Also standard are anti-intrusion side-door beams,
energy absorbing side impact door padding, and a restraint
system including multiple airbags that will do everything
