Available Models
The 2009 Jeep Commander comes in three models the Jeep Commander
Sport, Jeep Commander Limited and the Jeep Commander Overland.
Interior Features
The interior of the Jeep Commander is spacious with three
rows of theater-style seating that can accommodate seven
passengers. The third row is higher than the second row
-- which is higher than the front row providing better viewing
for all passengers. Headroom isn't sacrificed by this effect
as the roof is also raised 3.5" over the second row
than the first. The second and third row fold forward creating
a large flat cargo storage area.
Available CommandView Skylights located over the
second row of seating expands the sense of interior roominess.
The skylights also have roller shades to block out sunlight
when necessary.
Exterior Features
The exterior of this rugged, masculine machine was inspired
by three legendary Jeep vehicles: the Willys Station Wagons
(1946 to 1962), the Jeep Wagoneer (1963 to 1991) and the
Jeep Cherokee (1984 to 2001).
