Visit BMW for more information on the BMW M3 Coupe.

True to traditional BMW style, the new 2002 M3 Coupe is a tribute to classy and contemporary design, smooth and aerodynamic lines, and generous luxuries. Of course, it wouldn't be a BMW without high standards of quality, serious safety standards, and outstanding performance specifications. Combined with its sporty look and feel, you'll be having fun in no time!

Available Models
The sleek and stunning BMW M3 Coupe features one model this year, with several upgrade packages available so you can select the mean machine that suits you best - Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, and Power Seat Package.

Interior Features
Within the spacious and well-appointed interior of the BMW M3 Coupe is a range of pleasant standards such as black leather seating with cloth inserts, front sport seats, Titan Shadow trim, seatback easy-entry feature, front armrest, and auto-dimming rearview mirror. Passengers are invited to enjoy a premium AM/FM stereo with CD player and ten speakers, automatic climate control with air filtration, power windows, and power door locks.

Drivers will appreciate features like cruise control, vehicle and key memory, remote keyless entry system, and electric interior trunk release. Each vehicle is also equipped with a fully finished trunk with a handy drop-down tool kit, and a rechargeable take-out flashlight that is stored in the glovebox.

Exterior Features
The BMW M3 Coupe's eye-catching exterior is enhanced with four polished stainless-steel exhaust tips, clear turn-signal lenses all around, heated dual power outside mirrors, heated windshield washer fluid jets, and heated door locks. Every M3 Coupe also boasts flared front and rear fenders, including wheel arches, and vent gills in the front fender.

Other exterior features include an aluminum hood with "power dome", halogen free-form M oval design fog lights, body-colored front and rear bumpers, and eighteen-inch cast alloy wheels with satin chrome finish, and performance tires.

Performance
A standout in this category, the BMW M3 Coupe blasts off with a 3.2-litre, DOHC, 24-valve, six-cylinder engine. It features double-VANOS steplessly variable timing, six individual throttles with electronic throttle control, and distributorless electronic ignition system.

The standard transmission is a fun-loving six-speed manual that really lets the coupe accelerate, and a Sequential Manual Gearbox is standard.

Safety and Security
Along with a remote keyless entry system, the BMW M3 Coupe features safety standards such as a head protection system, driver air bag, passenger air bag, side impact air bags, central locking, and coded driveaway protection. Each coupe is also built with high-performance four-wheel ABS brakes, all-season traction, and dynamic stability control with variable differential locks. The vehicle also features a crash sensor that will unlock doors, cut off the fuel supply, and turn on hazard lights and interior lights in the event of an impact.
